Every year we make promises that we end up not fulfilling. For us to achieve all these it is better we split them into feasible units. When you decide to take everything all at once it becomes difficult to achieve.
I know top on the list of ladies will be to shed some weight if they obese. For the guys, may be to reduce the belly fat not necessarily having a 6 pack abs.
I just highlighted some of the habits we should try to keep in this coming years
- Removing your make up after retiring for the day
- Stop shaving off all your eye brows
- Avoid making styles on the head that will cause traction alopecia
- Try to change your tooth brushes regularly and visit your dentist at least twice in a year
- Shed those fat to prevent obesity, heart diseases, hypertension etc
- Stop eating late at night
- Always visit your doctor when you are ill. please stop visiting pharmacies when you are ill. They are there for you to purchase drugs already prescribed by your physician.
- Eat healthy
- Drink in moderation
- Do yearly check up
- Drink lots of water
- Quit using body creams that bleaches your skin
I think the list is endless, please do add to the list.
