Every year we make promises that we end up not fulfilling. For us to achieve all these it is better we split them into feasible units. When you decide to take everything all at once it becomes difficult to achieve.
I know top on the list of ladies will be to shed some weight if they obese. For the guys, may be to reduce the belly fat not necessarily having a 6 pack abs.

Giant hairball weighing ONE KILO pulled from girl's stomach
An 11-year-old girl was rushed to hospital after she had an agonising tummy ache and couldn’t eat or even drink a glass of water any more.
Doctors decided to carry out immediate surgery but they couldn’t believe what they pulled out.
Inside the girl’s body was a humungous hairball which weighed more than a kilo – the same weight as a whole pineapple or a melon.
The black cluster filled up...

Be on the alert!!!

The day was going on well not until around past the hour of 8.00 at night, when a female patient walked into the consulting room accompanied by 2 men. Her hair was looking unkempt. I just couldn't wait to start taking my history to know what to do for her.

You have piercings done on the ear lobe, septum of the nose, on the eye lids, tongues, navel, nipples, and even on the cli---is all in the name of fashion. The first picture of a swelling on the ear shows what is called 'Keloid' In an attempt to have multiple...

Welcome to my blog
Hello guys welcome to Dr Isu-Egwu Stella's blog. I am so excited to have my own health blog. I want to use this blog to teach people about their health and to share with them the experiences I have garnered in the past years . Is really shocking to see what people still do in this 21st century to their children when they are ill or even to others all in the name of treating them before bringing them to a health centre. I want to use this platform to enlighten us about our health...
